Fuel oil is a fuel similar to conventional or fossil fuels like Light Diesel oil & Furnace Oil. It is the end product of plastic pyrolysis and is widely used as an industrial fuel. The company has extensive and in-depth knowledge in Petrochemicals, Biodiesel & Fuel Oils. PRODUCTION

We are having FUEL OIL Manufacturing unit At Post:- Wada, Dist. Palghar with Monthly production capacity of 400 KL per Month . We are supplying to leading steel forging companies, Pharmaceutical Companies, Chemical Industries and Hot Mix Plant in Maharashtra. At S S Petrochem, we deliver excellence in terms of dedicated Industry – centric solutions with a forward point of view. We are specialists in FUEL OIL that meet the standards of HPCL, BPCL and IOC and are for a better future, greener fuel and cleaner energy. Marketing with latest market trends make us one of the best Industrial fuels manufacturing companies. With a current production of 14 KL per day, our plant is designed to produce 20 KL per day at full capacity.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our teams of experts are s proficient to deliver efficient and quality fuel. With a highly experienced R&D department and proven technology, makes it possible to offer our clients affordable – as well environment friendly FUEL OIL that are both innovative and non-toxic.

Selection of Raw material is conducted by our team of Lab chemists. After approvals of Quality Control Manager & Chemist, it is forwarded for Production Process.

Multiple tests are conducted during the batch process by Lab experts to insure quality of the product.

4 stages of filtration process for our finished product, quality is our highest concern when it come delivering quality fuel at competitive prices.

Additional to our filtration process, centrifuge pumps are also included in the quality control process through which even 1 micron particle gets accumulated in the drum.

Storage

• At present our Raw material capacity is 220 KL. Provision has been made for additional 100 KL in the immediate future.
• Finished Good capacity of 80 KL and will be increased to 150 KL.
